Deputy Manager - Project Planning & Control
Responsibilities
Schedule Management:
Assist in preparing and updating detailed project schedules in Primavera or MS Projects, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are correctly recorded.
Ensure task sequences are logical, and any changes to the schedule are reflected immediately to maintain accuracy.
Progress Tracking and Status Reporting:
Track day-to-day progress across different project phases , ensure all SOPs are followed and gather status updates from various teams (Procurement, Engineering, Construction).
Provide daily and weekly status reports to the Associate, highlighting key areas where timelines may be impacted.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to standardized project control processes, following proper documentation protocols and generating necessary reports (DPR, WPR, MPR).
Support audit and quality checks to ensure that all project control activities meet internal compliance standards.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and consolidate project performance data, helping to identify early-stage variances between planned vs. actual progress.
Provide summarized data for the Lead review, ensuring all inputs are accurate and ready for variance analysis and decision-making.
Cost Control:
Support the preparation of cost reports, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to budget requirements.
Monitor daily project expenses, flagging any deviations from the budget for immediate resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the point of contact between various teams for updates on scheduling adjustments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of critical changes.
Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure that schedule changes are disseminated and coordinated effectively.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in project planning, control, and construction, preferably in large-scale airport or infrastructure projects.
