Deputy Manager - Projects

Responsibilities

1) Assist the Project Head as a technical support resource for infrastructure development across mining projects.
2) Support projects related to coal washeries, material handling systems, mining infrastructure, utilities, and allied facilities.
3) Monitor daily site progress of infrastructure works and consolidate updates from site teams.
4) Prepare and track NFAs (Note for Approval) from concept initiation stage to final approval for infrastructure projects.
5) Assist in scope definition, BOQ review, cost estimates, and approval documentation.
6) Prepare monthly MIS and progress reports for review by internal stakeholders and management.
7) Coordinate with engineering, execution, planning, procurement, and site teams for smooth information flow.
8) Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, and review notes for project review meetings.
9) Gain hands-on exposure to Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure development and associated power & charging systems.
10) Provide support for new initiatives such as Dry Washery projects, being implemented for the first time in India.
11) Assist in tracking schedules, milestones, and dependencies of infrastructure projects.
12) Ensure documentation control and support compliance with internal processes and approvals.

Qualifications

B.E. / B. Tech/ MBA

Industry: Steel / Metals / Mining

Experience: 3-5 Yrs
