Design Engineer_Planning & Proposal

• Port Planning discipline deliverables ensuring process driven, cost effective, quality oriented & time bound approach as per the requirement of client and interface with other disciplines.
• Implementation of new technologies in Port Planning and infrastructure; adherence to the engineering processes like AGILE, ISO, Safety in Design, Document Control System etc.
•  Communication and Interactions with consultants, end-users, other discipline leads, vendors, execution team, project control team, quality team etc.
• Designing and planning of marine structures for ports, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. 
• Managing port development projects, optimizing marine logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the Budget Cost, Project Schedule & as per Project Quality Requirements 
• Implementation of new technologies and adherence to the modern engineering processes
• Regular interaction with all stake holders for seamless interfaces
• Preparation of Pre-Feasibility Report & Detailed Project Report for new proposal projects for multipurpose ports and infrastructure projects

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering /Ocean Engineering, or related field from reputed Institutions.

Experience

• Port planning, marine structures design, and marine logistics exposure
• Experience in overseeing port development projects and ensuring safety standards
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to marine engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
