Digital Marketing Strategist:
The roles and responsibilities for digital marketing:
1. Strategy Development: Developing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, target
audience, and budget constraints.
2. Content Creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for various digital channels such as websites, blogs,
social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content and structure to improve organic search visibility
and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
4. Social Media Management: Planning and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive
website traffic.
5. Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote
products/services, and drive conversions.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates,
click-through rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and providing regular reports to evaluate the
effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
7. Digital Advertising: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels
including display ads, video ads, native ads, and retargeting campaigns.
8. Website Management: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions,
as well as overseeing ongoing updates and improvements.
9. Marketing Automation: Implementing marketing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, nurture leads,
and personalize the customer journey.
10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions,
and segment audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
Experience – 0-3 years
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Proficiency in content creation, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and
marketing automation software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing
trends and best practices.
