Digital Marketing Executive

Equinode works with clients across international markets, so clear written English matters for this role. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to plan, schedule, and manage social media presence across multiple client accounts. You will reply to comments and DMs from an overseas audience, so your written English needs to be proper and professional. Voice and video calls are internal, team-only, so spoken English is not the focus, but you still need to understand English well to follow briefs, strategy discussions, and client guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help Build, Strategise and manage monthly content calendars for each client
• Schedule and publish posts using a scheduling tool across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Follow up on upcoming scheduled posts and catch up immediately if anything falls behind
• Reply to comments and DMs daily, and drive engagement across all client accounts
• Use free time between tasks for outreach: cold emails and DMs to build partnerships, leads, or collaborations for clients and Equinode
• Research trending content, formats, and sounds, and suggest how each client can apply them
• Contribute to social media strategy and content direction for each client
• Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to keep content on brief and on brand
• Track post performance and report on what is working
• Ensure every client's brand voice and guidelines are followed consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for multiple brands/clients
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Comfortable working with scheduling tools and content calendars
• Experience with outreach (cold email/DM) is a plus
• A proactive mindset: able to spot trends and turn idle time into productive outreach
• Decent English writing skills: comments, DMs, and outreach messages go out to an overseas audience and need to be clear and professional
• Should understand English well for internal team communication and briefs (audio/video calls are internal only, so a strong spoken accent is not required)
• A grammar tool is provided to help polish writing, but you need a solid baseline understanding of English to use it well
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage several client accounts at once
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Familiarity with paid social boosting/promotion
• Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
• Prior experience doing outreach or business development for social accounts

Work Setup and Security Policy

• This role is office-based only, no remote work, due to the sensitivity of client account access
• Client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) must only be accessed on the company-provided device, never on a personal phone or laptop
• No client credentials, passwords, or account access may be used or logged into outside the office device unless allowed by higher ups
• All client account activity should stay within office hours unless otherwise approved
