Job Description:-

The Purchase cum Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, inventory support, and timely dispatch of goods/materials. The role includes maintaining purchase records, ensuring proper stock availability, preparing dispatch documentation, and coordinating with transporters for smooth delivery operations.

  • Job  Responsibilities:Ensure timely procurement of materials, stationery, equipment, and other required items.
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor database.
  • Compare rates and quality of materials from different suppliers.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding pending deliveries and material shortages.
  • Maintain proper stock and inventory coordination.
  • Manage dispatch planning and execution of materials/products.
  • Prepare dispatch documents such as  deliver challans, packing lists, etc.
  • Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain dispatch records and tracking details.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding dispatch schedules.
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve dispatch-related issues.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of purchase procedures and dispatch operations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software (if applicable).
  • Good coordination and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:Bachelors in any stream or equivalent Min 1-2 year experience in purchase and dispatch department is mandatory.
