Job Summary =Communication
Key Responsibilities
1. Car Maintenance and Car Cleanliness.
2. Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
3. Maintain cleanliness and basic up keep of the vehicle.
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
5. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damages promptly.
6. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and deliveries.
7. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival and delivery.
8. Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
9. Ensure all necessary vehicle documents are valid and available.
10. Maintain professional behaviour and courteous communication with clients and staff.
11. Monitor fuel levels and arrange refuelling as needed.
12. Handle emergency situations
