Job Description
An E-commerce Executive manages online sales platforms, ensures smooth product listings, handles order processing, and drives digital growth through marketplaces and websites.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Platform ManagementHandle platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.
- Manage product listings (title, description, images, pricing)
- Ensure stock availability and update inventory regularly
- 2. Order & OperationsProcess daily orders and coordinate with logistics
- Track shipments and handle returns/cancellations
- Maintain order records and reports
- 3. Product Listing OptimizationWrite SEO-friendly product titles & descriptions
- Upload high-quality images and videos
- Improve product ranking on marketplaces
- 4. Customer HandlingRespond to customer queries and complaints
- Manage ratings & reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- 5. Sales & Marketing SupportRun promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with digital marketing team
- Analyze competitor pricing and trends
- 6. Data & ReportingTrack sales performance
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Identify growth opportunities
- 🧠 Required SkillsBasic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good communication (English + Hindi preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of digital marketing (basic SEO)
- Attention to detail
- 🎓 QualificationAny Graduate (BBA, B.Com, Marketing preferred)
- Freshers or experienced candidates
- 💼 Salary Range (Ahmedabad Market)Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
- ⏰ Working DetailsTime: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
