E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• - Upload and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords for better visibility and ranking
• - Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments - create shipment plans, prepare inventory, and coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch
• - Monitor and manage FBF (Flipkart Fulfillment) operations and self-ship orders
• - Handle inventory management - track stock levels, plan replenishments, and avoid stockouts or excess inventory
• - Process and manage orders, returns, and customer queries on both platforms
• - Run and monitor sponsored ads (PPC campaigns) on Amazon and Flipkart to drive sales
• - Track daily sales reports, account health metrics, and performance dashboards
• - Resolve account-related issues, listing suppressions, or policy violations
• - Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches on marketplaces

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• - Knowledge of FBA shipment creation and management
• - Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword research
• - Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
