Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Management & Product Listing: Add, update, and manage product listings (including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants). Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and functioning smoothly.
- Vendor Acquisition & Management: Research, identify, and onboard new vendors to expand our product catalog. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate product data, inventory updates, and assets.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee the daily order lifecycle. Ensure all incoming customer orders are accurately processed, sent to vendors/production in a timely manner, and tracked through to successful delivery.
- Website Maintenance: Make front-end changes, update banners, manage Shopify apps, and troubleshoot basic site issues.
- SEO & Meta Content: Write compelling, keyword-rich product descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions to improve organic search rankings and click-through rates.
- Advertising Support: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google) to drive traffic and conversions.
