Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor with experience in inside sales or counselling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and driving admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission processes
- Counsel students based on their needs and career goals
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Education Counselling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
