Job Title: Electrician (Fresher)
Location: Gujarat
Department: Maintenance / Operations
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Electrician to join our team. The candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installation and maintenance of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Support senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues
Perform basic electrical repairs and preventive maintenance
Ensure proper usage of tools and safety equipment
Follow company safety standards and guidelines
Maintain records of work completed and report issues to supervisors
Learn to read basic electrical drawings and diagrams
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
Willingness to learn and work in field conditions
Ability to handle tools and equipment safely
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of safety practices
Educational Qualification:
ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Knowledge of wiring, panel boards, and basic circuits
Understanding of electrical safety standards
Working Conditions:
Field-based job
May require travel within Gujarat
Ability to work in shifts if required
