Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services on complex enterprise transformations that may span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market-leading practices and client objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and deliver impactful technology solutions is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their enterprise platform needs and challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization within large-scale transformations.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
