Estimation Engineer

FULLTIME REQUIREMENT OF DESIGN AND ESTIMATION ENGINEERS FOR ELECTRICAL PANLES MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

*Job Title:* Estimation and Design Engineer

*Industry:* Control Panel Manufacturing

*Location:* India (Ahmedabad)

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design and develop control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and SLDs

- Prepare BOMs, terminal schedules, and electrical documentation

- Select suitable electrical components, such as MCBs, MCCBs, relays, PLCs, meters, and contactors

- Coordinate with production for feasibility and resolve issues during assembly/testing

- Provide technical support during FAT, commissioning, and customer reviews

- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback or engineering changes

- Support pre-sales efforts by collaborating on technical quotations

- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates

- Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to facilitate the estimation process

- Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders ¹ ² ³

*Required Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field

- 2-4 years of experience in control panel design and estimation

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software

- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills
