Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Event Manager and PRO for planning, organizing, and executing
various events—from conferences to marketing activations—ensuring they meet objectives, stay within budget,
and run smoothly. Key duties include vendor negotiation, logistics management, attendee promotion, on-site
supervision, and post-event analysis to evaluate. He/She must also have experience as hospital PRO to serve as the
vital bridge between patients, their families, and hospital management, ensuring smooth communication and
positive experiences. They manage patient grievances, act as liaisons with clinical staff, handle media relations,
and protect the institution’s brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce Exact Event Requirements With Detailed Proposals For Events (Including Timelines, Venues,
Suppliers, Legal Obligations, Staffing And Budgets)
Research Venues, Suppliers And Contractors, Then Negotiate Prices And Hire
Manage And Coordinate Suppliers And All Event Logistics (For Example, Venue, Catering, Travel)
Liaise With Sales And Marketing Teams To Publicize And Promote The Event.
Manage All Pre-Event Planning.
Coordinate Suppliers, Handle Queries And Troubleshoot On The Day Of The Event To Ensure That All
Runs Smoothly And To Budget.
Manage A Team Of Staff, Giving Full Briefings
Produce Post-Event Evaluation To Inform Future Events
Research Opportunities For organizing Events.
Handling media inquiries and press releases
Highlighting hospital accomplishments and services
Handling emergency crisis communication
Planning events and campaigns related to public health
Developing closer ties with stakeholders and the community
Maintaining open lines of communication between the public and the hospital
Requirements:
