Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Strategy: Define event goals, target audiences, and timelines with clients or stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Create cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure complete financial efficiency.
- Vendor Coordination: Research and contract venues, caterers, entertainers, and AV tech suppliers.
- On-Site Execution: Supervise setup, manage staff and schedules, and solve problems in real-time.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, fire, legal, and safety standards.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate attendee feedback and measure overall return on investment (ROI). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and verbal communication skills.
- Calm demeanor under pressure with fast problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field.
