Field Executive

A Field Banking Executive manages on-site financial operations. Responsibilities include generating leads, selling financial products (loans, credit cards), recovering overdue payments, and completing KYC documentation. Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: Pitch retail or corporate banking products (such as Demat accounts, credit cards, and auto loans) directly to consumers and businesses in the local market. [1, 2]
• Field Collections: Conduct on-site visits to negotiate and collect overdue payments, adhering to regulatory and banking compliance frameworks. [1, 2]
• Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify customer KYC documents, process loan applications, and conduct physical verifications of business locations or residences. [1, 2]
