Job Description
Position: Field Collection Executive
Responsibilities:
Visit customers to collect overdue loan/credit card/EMI payments.
Explain outstanding dues and available payment options.
Negotiate with customers for timely payment.
Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
Maintain professional behavior and follow company policies.
Submit daily visit reports to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with valid Driving License is preferred.
Smartphone is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
