• Bulk hiring for housekeeping staff
• Field sourcing (sites, local areas, references)
• Candidate screening & coordination
• Ensuring candidate joining on site
• Daily reporting to manager
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months recruitment / field hiring experience
• Comfortable with field work (site visits mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Must have basic knowledge of local areas
⏰ Working:
• Monday to Saturday
• Candidate must be ready to report directly on site
