💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand + PF + Incentives + Travelling Allowances (Off-Roll)
🕣 Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field recruitment drives and candidate sourcing activities.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Collect and verify candidate documents.
• Build candidate pipelines through referrals and local hiring initiatives.
• Achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment data.
