📝 Job Overview:
CM Infotech is looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell engineering software solutions to industries, consultants, and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, software demonstrations, business development, and sales conversion.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Visit industries, consultants, and corporate clients for meetings and software demonstrations
• Promote CAD, CAE, BIM, and other engineering software solutions
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and support
• Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and sales funnel updates
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Both Male and Female candidates can apply
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
• Candidates from BFSI, IT Services, Software Products, Hardware & Networking, Computer Security, or related industries preferred
• Basic English communication required
