We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales activities and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned customers and territories
- Promote and sell products/services to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform basic eye tests for customers (as per training provided)
- Assist customers in selecting and delivering frames
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs
Requirements:
- Fresher or Prior experience in field sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Two wheeler + license (Mendatory)
