Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Visit industrial areas, manufacturing plants, and factories regularly to meet existing and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities for industrial chemicals and raw materials.
- Develop strong relationships with purchase managers, plant heads, production managers, and technical teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable raw materials/products.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product applications to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, sampling, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, documentation, and customer support.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer database.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new industrial developments.
- Travel extensively across industrial zones and client locations.
- Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Good understanding of industrial sales and manufacturing industries.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM handling.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, chemicals, polymers, rubber raw materials, pigments, additives, or related sectors preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and factory visits.
- Knowledge of industrial areas and manufacturing clusters will be an added advantage.
- Education:Graduate in Any Stream
- Preferred: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.E. Chemical / MBA Marketing / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience:1 to 5 Years in Field Sales / Industrial Sales / B2B Sales
