Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential franchise leads and explain the company's franchise model.
Generate and qualify franchise leads through field visits and referrals.
Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
Assist in franchise onboarding and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and issue resolution.
Achieve monthly lead generation and franchise conversion targets.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of field activities.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Mandatory Requirements
Own two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory.
Valid Driving License.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
