Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations at client locations.
• Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services, understanding customer needs through cost-benefit analysis.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Strategically negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies for their assigned territory, tracking sales and market potential.
• Reporting: Supply management with reports on customer feedback, market conditions, and competitive activities.
• After-Sales Service: Expedite issue resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
