Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to onboard street food vendors, cafés, and restaurants for vendor registration. The role involves direct fieldwork, lead generation, and closing registrations on a daily basis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local areas, markets, food streets, and commercial zones to identify potential vendors
• Generate leads and approach café owners, restaurant owners, and street vendors
• Explain vendor registration benefits and process clearly
• Convert leads into successful registrations
• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve daily and monthly registration targets
• Coordinate with backend team for documentation and processing
• Build strong relationships with vendors for long-term association
• Daily Targets (Important)Minimum Leads: 40–50 vendors per day
• Registrations Target: 20–35 per day (minimum)
• Follow-ups & Closures: Continuous
• Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing ability
• Sales mindset with field experience preferred
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic understanding of local market (food vendors preferred)
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 years (Field Sales / Telecalling / Marketing preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication can apply
