Field Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities

• 1. Sales & Revenue Generation Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Upsell additional services such as hotels, insurance, and sightseeing tours
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• 2. Customer Handling Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences
• Provide customized travel solutions and itineraries
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• 3. Lead Generation & MarketingGenerate leads through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns
• Participate in travel fairs and corporate events
• 4. Booking & Coordination Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and guides
• Ensure smooth booking and reservation processes
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documentation
• 5. Market Knowledge Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitors
• Monitor pricing strategies and seasonal demands
• Suggest new tour packages based on market trends

• 🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in travel sales or hospitality is an advantage
