Job Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, presenting company services, generating leads, and closing business deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Meet business owners, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to explain company services.
- Promote and sell:
- Website Development Services
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Google Ads/PPC Campaigns
- Graphic Designing Services
- App Development Services
- Branding & Digital Solutions
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and marketing team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily reports of meetings, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services.
- Confidence in handling face-to-face client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms is an advantage.
- QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
- MBA/Marketing candidates preferred.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Candidate should have good local market knowledge.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
