The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by sourcing customers for various banking loan products. The role involves direct field sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell banking loan products such as:
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Business Loans
- Car Loans
- Loan Against Property
- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.
- Follow up on loan approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.
