Overview:

Responsible for visiting customers (leads provided by the company), conducting eye check-ups after 30 days of paid training, and selling suitable eyewear. The role involves fieldwork with a portable optical kit (~20 kg).

*Ensure great customer experience and achieve sales targets.*

Job Details:

*30 days paid training (no cold calling).*

*Salary: ₹20,400/month (in-hand) + incentives up to ₹16,000 + ₹3/km travel allowance.*
