Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Manager to expand our B2B network in the readymade garments segment. The role involves developing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, and distributors while driving consistent sales growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, and boutiques
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and onboard clients
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Present product catalogs, explain pricing, and close bulk orders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain records of client interactions, orders, and payments
  • Collect feedback from the market and suggest product improvements
