Position: Field Service Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pumping and water treatment systems at customer sites. Freshers with a Diploma or ITI qualification and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test pumps, water treatment systems, water softeners, RO plants, and heat pump water heaters.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service visits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing-related issues.
• Attend customer breakdown calls and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and provide technical guidance during installation and service.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation after each visit.
• Ensure installations comply with company and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for project execution.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures while working at customer sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of field service experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, pumps, plumbing, and control panels.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and nearby project locations.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
