Job Description
A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems at customer sites.
Core Responsibilities
- Install and commission equipment, or systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose technical problems and fix breakdowns
- Respond to service calls and emergency issues
- Test equipment after repair to ensure proper operation
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Train customers or operators on proper usage
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with sales, support, and spare-parts teams
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge (electrical, Wiring, Instrument Installation)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
- Basic computer skills (reports, emails, service logs)
Education:

- Will Provide Our system and instrument Training to any Candidate to trouble shooting
