Job Description

Looking for a high-energy fitness professional who can train clients AND drive revenue through personal training sales, renewals, and strong member relationships.

💼 Key Responsibilities1. Personal Training & Client Results

  • Conduct fitness assessments and goal setting
  • Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small group training sessions
  • Track client progress and ensure visible results

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Convert gym members into personal training clients
  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and consultations
  • Achieve monthly PT revenue targets
  • Upsell renewals and long-term packages

3. Member Engagement & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with members
  • Follow up with inactive members
  • Maintain high energy on the gym floor

4. Gym Floor Management

  • Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist members with workouts when needed
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times
