FMCG Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager – Kirana Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: 35000 - 40000 + Sales Incentive

Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and regional sales targets.
• Drive sales growth while ensuring healthy margins.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily market intelligence and competition analysis reports.
• Expand market reach by increasing outlet coverage and distribution.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional schemes, trade offers, and company policies.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure timely achievement of business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Kirana Sales.
• Currently working as a Sales Officer, Senior Sales Officer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT) and Kirana market.
• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Smart, energetic, self-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
