Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Franchise Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our franchise partners. Your role will be to support franchise owners in their daily operations, help them grow their business, and ensure they receive timely assistance whenever needed.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support to franchise partners via phone, WhatsApp, and remote assistance.
- Train franchise owners on using the company's apps, admin panels, and operational software.
- Guide franchisees through complete business setup and launch.
- Assist with restaurant/seller onboarding and activation.
- Support franchisees in recruiting and onboarding delivery partners (riders).
- Help franchisees plan and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
- Monitor franchise performance and recommend strategies to improve orders and revenue.
- Assist franchisees with customer support escalations and operational challenges.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth franchise operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of franchise interactions and support provided.
- Educate franchise partners about new features, policies, and business updates.
- Ensure franchisees follow company standards and operational guidelines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Act as the voice of the franchisee by sharing feedback and improvement suggestions with management.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Good computer knowledge and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Experience in franchise management, customer support, operations, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
