We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area, handle guest interactions, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle courier management, document filing, and basic office tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, customer-service attitude, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.
