Job Description

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance through defined metrics and ensure timely achievement of business targets.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including product, development, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Establish reporting systems and dashboards for leadership to track operational performance and progress.
  • Support business growth initiatives by ensuring operational readiness, scalability, and resource planning.


SaaS Product & IT Operations Support

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of SaaS-based products, technology-driven services, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure efficient operational support for SaaS products.
  • Monitor operational workflows related to client onboarding, product deployment, and service delivery.
  • Ensure operational processes align with product lifecycle management and customer support requirements.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to address operational challenges and improve service delivery.

 

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
  • Introduce automation and technology-driven solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation of operational procedures, workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure operational processes are scalable and aligned with organizational growth plans.

 

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and guide operational teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Define team performance metrics and ensure accountability for results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

 

HR Business Partner Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership and department heads on workforce-related matters.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding of talent aligned with business requirements.
  • Implement and support performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and professional workplace standards.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives including leadership development and talent retention.
