Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our valve manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for valve assembly, testing, packaging, drilling, tapping, and other production-related activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble valve components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform valve testing, including pressure and functional testing, to ensure product quality and performance.
• Carry out drilling, tapping, threading, and other machining operations as required.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects and quality compliance.
• Package finished valves and related products for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support other manufacturing and production activities as assigned by supervisors.
• Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, valve assembly, machining, or industrial production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of drilling, tapping, assembly, and mechanical tools.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
