Job Description
Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead Generation: Plan and schedule daily market visits and cold calls to identify potential merchants (retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).
- Product Pitching: Explain the features, benefits, and best practices of using EDC/Swipe machines and other payment products to business owners.
- Onboarding: Facilitate end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and fast device activation.
Sales Targets & Revenue
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for EDC machine deployment and transaction volumes.
Relationship & Service Management
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with merchants, addressing their concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
