Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads for Home Loan products through field sales, references, and channel partners.
  • Meet prospective customers and explain home loan offerings.
  • Handle customer documentation and coordinate with credit/operations teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and connectors.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Conduct market visits and local area activities for lead generation.
  • Ensure proper follow-up until loan disbursement.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
