Job SummaryA Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating home loan business by meeting customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and coordinating the loan process till disbursement. The role involves sales, customer relationship management, field work, and target achievement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for home loans through references, field visits, builders, brokers, and open market sourcing.
- Meet customers and explain different home loan products and interest rates.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
- Collect customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan status.
- Maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure proper KYC and banking compliance.
- Cross-sell banking products like insurance, LAP, balance transfer, credit cards, etc.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
- Eligibility CriteriaAny Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.

- Basic knowledge of banking and finance preferred.
