Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the restaurant. This role ensures a pleasant dining environment for guests by keeping all areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and entrances.
• Ensure tables, chairs, floors, and service stations are spotless at all times.
• Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, railings, menus, etc.).
• Dispose of garbage and manage waste segregation as per guidelines.
• Refill supplies such as tissues, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Assist in pre-opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Respond promptly to spills, breakages, or cleaning emergencies.
• Support service staff in maintaining cleanliness during busy hours.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

હાઉસકીપિંગ સ્ટાફ રેસ્ટોરન્ટની સ્વચ્છતા, સ્વચ્છતા અને એકંદર રજૂઆત જાળવવા માટે જવાબદાર છે. આ ભૂમિકા મહેમાનો માટે બધા વિસ્તારોને સ્વચ્છ, સેનિટાઇઝ્ડ અને સુવ્યવસ્થિત રાખીને સુખદ ભોજન વાતાવરણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરે છે.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

• ડાઇનિંગ એરિયા, શૌચાલય, રસોડાના સપોર્ટ એરિયા અને પ્રવેશદ્વારોને સાફ અને જાળવો.

• ખાતરી કરો કે ટેબલ, ખુરશીઓ, ફ્લોર અને સર્વિસ સ્ટેશન હંમેશા ડાઘ રહિત હોય.

• નિયમિતપણે ઉચ્ચ સ્પર્શ સપાટીઓ (દરવાજાના હેન્ડલ, રેલિંગ, મેનુ, વગેરે) ને સ્વચ્છ કરો.

• કચરાનો નિકાલ કરો અને માર્ગદર્શિકા અનુસાર કચરાના અલગીકરણનું સંચાલન કરો.

• ટીશ્યુ, સાબુ અને સફાઈ સામગ્રી જેવા પુરવઠાને ફરીથી ભરો.

• સફાઈ ફરજો ખોલવા અને બંધ કરવા પહેલાં મદદ કરો.

• છલકાતા, તૂટેલા અથવા સફાઈ કટોકટીનો તાત્કાલિક જવાબ આપો.

• વ્યસ્ત કલાકો દરમિયાન સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવામાં સેવા સ્ટાફને ટેકો આપો.

• સ્વચ્છતા, સલામતી અને સ્વચ્છતાના તમામ ધોરણોનું પાલન કરો.
