Housekeeping Supervisor

A Security Field Officer manages security operations across multiple locations, focusing on site supervision, staff training, and incident management. Key duties include conducting patrols and site inspections, enforcing security protocols, managing visitor access, and submitting daily reports to ensure client safety and operational continuity.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervision and Operations: Supervises site security personnel, ensures 24/7 coverage, conducts regular site audits, and ensures personnel adhere to uniform and training standards.
• Site Security and Patrols: Conducts regular patrols of premises (buildings, parking lots) to identify security risks, inspects doors and entry points, and monitors surveillance equipment.
• Access Control: Manages entry points, checks visitor credentials, and ensures only authorized personnel access secure areas.
• Incident Response and Reporting: Responds promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Investigates breaches and prepares detailed incident reports for management.
• Client Relations and Compliance: Maintains positive relationships with clients, addresses safety concerns, and ensures compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Training and Drills: Trains security staff on security protocols and conducts emergency response drills (evacuation, fire safety). [1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]
