Job Description
Hiring: HR Executive – Zatpat Loans
📍 Location: Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad
💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee records, documentation, and HR MIS.
* Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.
* Coordinate joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
* Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
* Address employee queries and maintain employee relations.
* Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Graduate/MBA (HR preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in Core HR operations.
* Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
