Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage employee records, attendance & leave.

Assist in payroll processing.

Handle PF, ESIC & statutory compliance.

Maintain HR documentation and policies.

Manage employee onboarding, exit & F&F process.

Resolve employee queries and maintain HR reports.

Coordinate with consultants for compliance activities.
