HR Executive

Job Summary: The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role supports organizational growth by developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records
• Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Preferred Experience:1–5 years of HR experience (depending on role level)
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee management
