Job Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Sourcing & Attracting: Identifying candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone/video interviews to gauge skills.
  • Discussing staffing requirements and creating job descriptions.
  • Coordinating interviews with internal teams.
  • Updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting on hiring metrics.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitating pre-employment checks and the onboarding process
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
