*Chicken, mutton, fish, egg jaise non-veg dishes banana

*Khana saaf-safai aur hygiene ka dhyaan rakhte hue banana

*Kitchen aur cooking area ko saaf rakhna

*Menu plan karna aur saman (ingredients) ka sahi use karna

*Cutting, marination aur cooking techniques ka dhyaan rakhna

*Ghar ke taste aur requirement ke hisaab se khana banana



*Non-veg cooking ka experience ( hotel ya catering)

*Indian non-veg cuisines ka knowledge

*Safai aur hygiene maintain karne ki samajh

*&Time par kaam karne ki aadat aur multiple dishes bana sake

*Imaandaar aur responsible hona chahiye
