Job Description
Job Description – Inside Sales Executive
Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to explain products and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion.
- Prepare daily and weekly call activity reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Product Sales.
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
